Announcement by the Mayor of the City of Hajnówka on a Supplementary Recruitment of Candidates for Members of the Social Committee
for the project “Green Spirit of Activity. Hajnówka – A New Era of Development,” carried out under the Polish-Swiss Programme for the Development of Cities, financed from the mechanism of the Second Edition of Swiss Financial Assistance for selected European Union member states and from the state budget
Due to the fact that, as a result of the first round of recruitment, not all categories of Social Committee members were filled with the required number of people, I hereby announce a supplementary recruitment for the following groups:
- item 4 – 2 representatives of economic partners (e.g. entrepreneurs, organizations and associations of entrepreneurs, business support institutions),
- item 6 – 6 city residents (2 representatives of the age category up to 30 years old, 1 representative of the age category 30–60 years old).
Deadlines: The recruitment of candidates runs from August 19, 2026 to September 10, 2026, until 12:00 (noon).

The application, containing the candidate’s first and last name, contact details (phone number and e-mail address), along with a brief justification for the candidacy, should be submitted using the application form to the Hajnówka City Hall, either in paper or electronic form, by September 10, 2026 (the date of receipt by the Office is decisive):
- in person at the City Hall secretariat in Hajnówka, room 219,
- electronically, as a scanned PDF file of the signed form, via e-mail to: hajnowka@hajnowka.pl,
