Safe City, Safe Residents
The goal of “Safe Hajnówka” is to increase the safety of residents and improve the city’s ability to respond to threats.
We invest in peace of mind, a sense of security and the quality of life of residents.
As part of the action, four complementary areas have been planned:
- Modern urban monitoring – modernisation and expansion of the monitoring system through the purchase and installation of new cameras, communication devices and a modern management system.
- Support for the services – equipping the police operating in the city with 2 electric bicycles that will make it easier for officers to move quickly and efficiently.
- Safety starts with knowledge – an educational campaign aimed at residents, promoting proper behaviour and increasing awareness of threats.
- Competent local government – training for local government administration employees in the field of urban safety and effective response to crisis situations.
A safer city – shared responsibility
Safety is not only about monitoring and equipping the services. It is also about aware residents, a well-prepared local government and efficient cooperation between all people and institutions responsible for safety.
