Another participatory meeting in the form of workshops as part of the work on the preparation of the Development Strategy of the City of Hajnówka for the years 2026–2035 is behind us.

Although the group of participants was not large, the workshop work proceeded very intensively and effectively.

Under the guidance of representatives of the document’s contractor – the company REFUNDA Maciocha i Wspólnicy from Wrocław – the participants worked together on a SWOT analysis, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the city as well as the opportunities and threats to its further development. On this basis, proposed directions for the development of Hajnówka for the coming years were also determined.

The information and conclusions gathered during the workshops will be used to prepare the first and key part of the Strategy, namely the socio-economic diagnosis of the city.

We thank all participants for their active involvement, valuable comments and commitment to the process of planning the future of Hajnówka.

The Development Strategy of the City of Hajnówka for the years 2026–2035 is being prepared as part of the project “Green Spirit of Activity. Hajnówka – A New Era of Development”, implemented under the Polish-Swiss City Development Programme, financed from the Second Edition of the Swiss Financial Assistance for selected Member States of the European Union and the state budget.
